Most recently, Michelle has been the President of 2M Staffing and Career Coaching and also has been an employment consultant for International Data Group, assisting both their Boston and California offices with IT and Sales staffing needs. Michelle has also provided job seekers with one-on-one career coaching, interviewing readiness techniques and resume writing services.
Prior to becoming a Talent Advisor, Michelle worked in the marketing and financial services industry, where she was employed by such firms as Putnam Investments and Kessler Financial Services.
