As Vice President of Operations for Strategic Talent, Mr. Appleton is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. Bill also serves as a trusted advisor to accounting and finance executives and HR directors, helping them to evaluate new and innovative ways of acquiring talent that reduces risk and increases speed, flexibility and return on intellectual capital.
Bill has more than 12 years experience in the staffing industry. He is the Founder of Strategic Talent and served as its president for ten years through August of 2010. Prior to founding Strategic Talent, he served as President of MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, President of a New England based commercial construction company, Vice President of a mid-Atlantic commercial construction company and various other management roles within the retail industry.
