Mr. Kuritsky is Vice President of Talent Advisors and works closely with CFOs, controllers and other accounting professionals to create and optimize specialized talent solutions that meet both an organization’s immediate resource needs as well as its long-term staffing objectives. Bob is well regarded by clients for his unique approach to talent strategy as well as his highly ethical and conscientious manner.
Bob has ten plus years experience in the staffing industry, including membership in the prestigious President's Club of a Fortune 500 recruiting company. Bob is a CPA who began his career with an international public accounting firm. He later entered private industry as Controller for a furniture and automotive upholstery manufacturer and eventually assumed various financial executive roles, including CFO for a group of automobile dealerships; COO for a consumer products manufacturer; COO for a start-up technology communications firm and President of a consumer finance company.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Steve has held Senior Management positions for large, worldwide staffing companies where his primary focus has been in the fields of accounting and finance. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Steve held a number of accounting ad finance positions including serving as Controller for a large medical products company.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Suffolk University.

She is also responsible for ensuring business operations, systems and processes are performing efficiently, effectively and in support of the firm’s goals and objectives.
Tiffany started her career as a high school chemistry teacher and spent several years teaching math and science in a middle school setting. After a seven year teaching career, Tiffany embarked on a successful career as a Sales Manager and Recruiter for a national direct marketing company.
As a Director of Talent Solutions, Tiffany assists companies in finding the best in finance and accounting talent while simultaneously helping candidates find the ideal position for their career development. Her strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and natural matchmaking talents have earned her a solid reputation as a results-driven resource and have made her a highly sought-after staffing advisor.
