We provide services for the recruitment and placement of a broad range of highly skilled Finance and IT professionals with a heavy concentration on delivering critical middle management and executive-level professionals.
Occasionally, our clients also ask us to fill positions outside our core area and we have successfully filled numerous sales, marketing, human resources and other staff positions.
It depends upon many factors: the economy, the client's availability, the candidate's availability, the type of position (contract, temporary or permanent) and the number of qualified candidates. In most situations, we fill Temporary and Contract positions in a very short timeframe — often within a day or two or, in unusual circumstances, up to one week. Permanent positions are typically filled within 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of an order from a client.
Strategic Talent has developed a proprietary database of exceptional candidates and continually nurture a large network of highly qualified professionals through networking and active involvement in various finance and IT professional associations. In addition, candidates come to Strategic Talent by responding to our ads, via referrals, through our website, or contacting us by phone to talk with one of our talent advisors about available opportunities.
The candidate does not pay a fee to Strategic Talent. The fee is paid by the client.
