Every business is under pressure to win! If winning (revenue and profit growth) is in your company’s plan for 2012, then I believe every hire you make this year must be an upgrade. One important thing we have all learned as survivors of the last recession is that every single position we have in our organization is precious. Therefore, you need to make sure you have the very best possible available talent in each position working on your team. The team with the best talent will ultimately win.
